Sometime earlier this year, I stumbled upon this recipe for chocolate raspberry tarts. And I thought that it couldn't be more perfect because it has some of my favorite things: chocolate, chocolate cookies, and chocolate covered fruit. A happy ménage of chocolate themed treats rolled into one.


Then I miniaturized them, which only increased their cuteness factor. Like any good dessert, I started with a really good ganache and went from there. 


I got violent at some point while making these and pulverized some of milk's favorite cookie. I saw you looking at me, Oreo.


I created the base for these guys and added a raspberry...



...then piped in the ganache...



...and topped with another raspberry.


And refrigerate! I just realized these are a no-bake recipe, so there's that. You have to get one of these in your mouth. And that's not inappropriate at all.
